An amendment comprised of several amendments offered en bloc to provide for a minimum loan rate for corn which is to be set at $1.76 per bushel unless such rate would exceed 80 percent of the five year average market price determination; to require the Agriculture Department to include irrigated and or irrigable land in any emergency haying and grazing program authorized on land set aside under an acreage reduction program for corn; and, to require the Agriculture Department to provide disaster payments to corn producers who are prevented from planting their crops, or whose crop yields are reduced below a certain level, as a result of the adjudication of Indian water rights disputes.
