HAMDT 743 (100th)
An amendment clarifying that competitive bids submitted by foreign shipyards which receive direct or indirect government subsidies shall not be used in determining the "world free-market price" for the purpose of establishing a 25 percent cost advantage to domestic contractors on bids for building an icebreaking vessel provided for in the bill.
