HAMDT 784 (97th)

An amendment to permit anyone to request a hearing who is an interested person, including those adversely affected by the Administrator's failure to propose action providing for greater restrictions on the use of the pesticide in question, for more rapid phasing out of its restrictions, or for a change in its classification. This replaces language that had permitted only those "adversely affected" to request hearings.
