To provide that entry and permit limitations for Glacier Bay National Park shall not apply to the Auk Nu Marine -- Glacier Bay Ferry entering Bartlett Cove for the sole purpose of accessing park or other authorized visitor services or facilities at, or originating from, the public dock area at Bartlett Cove.
