To state that it is the sense of the Congress that, at the upcoming summit in Reykjevick, Iceland, President Reagan should aggressively seek to achieve a resolution with the USSR regarding the USSR's obligation to purchase wheat under the 1983 Long Term Grain Agreement and explore ways of expanding the US-USSR grain trade.
