Summary
Revises the Central Intelligence Agency Retirement Act for Certain Employees, by redefining the terms "widower", and "adopted child" for benefit eligibility purposes. Establishes regulations governing the payment of annuities to individuals, and insures that existing areas of conformity between the Civil Service Retirement System and the Central Intelligence Agency System are maintained when such conformity is determined by the President to be appropriate.
