Summary

Amends the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 to create a position for an officer whose sole duty shall be to promote the export of goods and services related to solar power and other nonnuclear renewable energy resources. Requires the Export-Import Bank to include the views of such officer in specified reports to Congress.
