Summary
International School Curriculum Monitoring Act - Amends the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 with respect to the Department of State's annual Country Reports on Human Rights Practices regarding foreign countries that receive development assistance and security assistance information. Requires the Secretary of State to describe in such reports the nature and extent of the promotion of violence and hatred in the curriculum (including textbooks and any other related materials) of schools in such foreign countries, including the promotion of anti-Americanism, anti-Semitism, and racism.
