Summary
Makes permanent the special pay provisions for reenlistment and enlistment bonuses for members of the uniformed services. Terminates such payments upon failure to maintain the qualifications in the skill for which the member became entitled to the bonus or failure to complete the term of enlistment. (Adds 37 U.S.C. 308b)
