Summary

Requires a Federal permit for the taking of migratory game birds other than migratory waterfowl. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to sell such permits at one dollar each and to use the net receipts for conserving migratory game birds other than migratory waterfowl by: (1) conducting research, studies and other activities in accordance with the Fish and Wildlife Act; (2) acquiring land or interests therein in accordance with the Migratory Bird Conservation Act; and (3) conducting law enforcement activities.
