Summary
Endangered Species Act Amendments of 1987 - Amends the Endangered Species Act of 1973 to ban the importation of shrimp and shrimp products from any country whose commercial fishing activities may result in the incidental taking of threatened or endangered species and whose enforcement of restrictions on such incidental taking is not equivalent to that of the United States. Directs the Secretary of Commerce to evaluate each nation exporting shrimp to the United States for compliance.
