Summary
Prohibits the Postal Service from paying, or from entering into any employment contract, collective-bargaining agreement, or other similar agreement, to pay, any officer or employee of the Postal Service, or any spouse of such officer or employee, any annuity, retired pay, pension, or any other periodic or other payment of a similar nature which is based on the death or separation of any such officer or employee from the Postal Service. Provides that the provisions of this Act shall not apply with respect to payment under any employment contract, collective-bargaining agreement, or other similar agreement, entered into before the date of the enactment of this Act.
