Summary
Authorizes the Secretaty of the Army to: (1) establish a national cemetery in each State in which there is no national cemetery; and (2) provide for the maintenance and care of each such cemetery. Authorizes appropriation of such sums as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act. Provides, with respect to veterans' funeral expenses, for an additional burial allowance of $400 for veterans interred in other than a national cemetery. (Adds 38 U.S.C. 902(c)).
