Summary
Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2000, the duty on (+ - tetrahydrofurfuryl (R)-2-(4-(6-chloroquinoxaline-2-yloxy) phenoxyl propanoate (pantera). Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to liquidate or reliquidate (refund the duty on) any entry, or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption, of such item that was on or after January 1, 1997, and before the 15th day after enactment of this Act.
