Summary
Amends the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1966 to require each motor vehicle manufacturer to provide the Secretary of Transportation with all motor vehicle warranty and repair information that the manufacturer provides to its dealers. Requires the Secretary to make such information readily available to the public through the Auto Safety Hotline. Subjects a manufacturer failing to provide such information to a civil penalty and injunctive action.
