Summary

Privatization of Art Act - Amends the National Foundation on the Arts and the Humanities Act of 1965 to abolish the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) and the National Council on the Arts (NCA). (Sec. 5) Renames such Act the National Foundation on the Humanities Act of 1965. (Sec. 6) Requires the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to provide for the termination of the affairs of the NEA and the NCA.
