Summary

Economic Development Administration Reauthorization Act of 1993 - Amends the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 to authorize appropriations for FY 1994 for: (1) grants for public works and development facilities; (2) technical assistance, research, and information; (3) economic development districts; (4) special economic development and adjustment assistance; and (5) the economic development revolving fund. Empowers the Secretary of Commerce to deal with grant property under such Act in the same manner as loan property. Authorizes the Secretary to accept fund transfers from other Federal departments and agencies to carry out the objectives of such Act.
