Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act of 1979

Summary

Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to exempt feather or down filling in determining the chief material in an apparel item for tariff purposes. Extends the duty-free entry of feathers and down five years until June 30, 1984.
