Summary
Amends the Federal criminal code to provide for the imposition of criminal sanctions for knowingly: (1) attaching any U.S. flag to the body in a degrading manner; (2) altering the shape, design, or traditional methods of displaying any such flag for personal, political, or monetary gain; or (3) casting contempt upon any such flag to encourage acts of violent civil disobedience, treason, or certain other unlawful acts.
