Summary
Ratifies the transfer of specified land in El Paso County, Texas, by the Ysleta Del Sur Pueblo on July 12, 1991. Deems such transfer to have been made in accordance with the Constitution and all Federal laws that are specifically applicable to transfers of land from, by, or on behalf of any Indian, Indian nation, or tribe or band of Indians as if the Congress had given its consent prior to the transfer.
