Summary
Amends the Toxic Substances Control Act to authorize appropriations for FY 1984 through 1986 to carry out the provisions of such Act (other than provisions related to research and development). Authorizes the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and duly designated EPA employees to: (1) initiate and conduct investigations under the criminal provisions of such Act; and (2) refer the results of these investigations to the Attorney General for prosecution in appropriate cases.
