Summary

Amends the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act to provide that whenever one or more States or Federal agencies request certain data in support of a pesticide registration, they must coordinate and synchronize such requests so as to avoid unnecessary repetition and redundancy. Directs the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to promulgate rules with respect to the development and implementation of such coordination.
