Summary
Reading Enrichment After-School Development Act - Amends the 21st Century Community Learning Centers Act (which is part I of title X of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965) to make partnerships between public schools and public libraries, and consortia of such schools and libraries, eligible to receive program grants. Authorizes the use of such grant funds for: (1) education programs for individuals of all ages on how to evaluate information on the Internet; (2) preschool literary programs; and (3) reading enhancement programs for young people.
