Tumacacori Highlands Wilderness Act of 2007 - Amends the Arizona Wilderness Act of 1984 to include certain land in Pajarita Wilderness in Coronado National Forest. Designates certain lands in the Coronado National Forest as wilderness and as a component of the National Wilderness Preservation System, to be known as the "Tumacacori Highlands Wilderness."
