Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to permit persons that, from within the incorporated limits of Everglades City, Florida, continuously provided motorized waterborne tours on navigable waters within the Big Cypress National Preserve Addition since December 18, 1992, to continue providing those tours in accordance with requirements established by the Secretary.
