Summary
Child Care Safety Act of 2001 - Amends the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to: (1) provide to each eligible child care provider receiving funds under such Act a copy of the Consumer Product Safety Commission child care center safety standards, which such providers shall post in their child care facilities where they can be easily read; and (2) report to Congress with recommendations for encouraging compliance by such providers with such standards.
