To amend the Social Security Act to further extend health care coverage under the Medicare Program.

Summary

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act (SSA) to: (1) entitle qualified World War II Filipino veterans who are either U.S. citizens or permanent residents to benefits under part A (Hospital Insurance) of SSA title XVIII (Medicare); and (2) make them eligible to enroll under Medicare part B (Supplementary Medical Insurance), subject to its deductible, premium, and coinsurance provisions.
