Summary

Alaskan Petroleum and Natural Gas Nonexport Amendments - Amends the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920 to prohibit exports of domestically produced natural gas transported by pipeline over rights-of-way granted pursuant to such Act. Authorizes exceptions from such prohibition where required for convenience or increased efficiency of transportation. Imposes criminal penalties of up to $25,000 in fines and/or up to one years' imprisonment for knowing violation of the provisions of this Act. Increases maximum penalties for subsequent criminal offenses to three times the value of the exports involved or $50,000, whichever is greater and/or five years' imprisonment.
