Summary

Permits an addressee or, if authorized to do so, a commercial mail receiving agency to file a change-of-address order for such addressee with the Postal Service upon termination of an agency relationship between the addressee and the agency. Requires: (1) such change-of-address order to be given full force and effect; and (2) any mail for the addressee that is delivered to the agency after the filing of such order, if marked for forwarding and remailed by the agency, to be forwarded by the Postal Service in the same manner as, and subject to the same terms and conditions as apply to, mail forwarded directly by the Postal Service to such addressee.
