Summary
Provides, under the Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief Act, that no decree, judgment, or order entered against any person in the Armed Forces resulting in the termination of such person's parental rights with respect to any child, shall be vacated, set aside, or reversed after a final judgment or decree has been entered in an adoption proceeding provided such person was given reasonable notice.
