Summary
Earmarks a specified amount of funds made available to the Economic Support Fund for FY 1989 to be used for a grant to the National Endowment for Democracy to promote democracy in Nicaragua. Requires that such funds be used in a manner consistent with the Guatemala Peace Accords of August 7, 1987, and the Agreement between the Government of Nicaragua and the Nicaraguan Resistance of March 23, 1988.
