EB-5 Regional Center Extension Act of 2014 - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to eliminate per-country limits on employment-based immigrant visas. Makes the EB-5 Regional Center program permanent. Reserves at least 3,000 visas per fiscal year for program applicants.
