Summary

Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to modify U.S. Customs Service rules regarding restrictions on the importation of gray market articles by providing relief from detention for restricted gray market goods: (1) bearing more than one trademark or trade name; and (2) for which the U.S. owner of any trade mark or trade name appearing on such goods is the same as, a parent or subsidiary of, or party otherwise subject to common ownership or control with, any foreign owner of any other trademark or trade name appearing on such goods.
