Summary
Fair Competition Act of 1984 - Amends the Clayton Act to prohibit any person engaged in commerce from selling, or contracting to sell, goods below cost where the effect may be to injure, destroy, or prevent competition in or affecting commerce. Authorizes any person injured in business or property as a result of a violation of this Act to sue for treble damages in U.S. district court.
