Summary

Innocent Party Protection Act This bill requires a federal court, under certain circumstances, to deny a plaintiff's motion to transfer a case to state court based on diversity of state citizenship among the parties. A court must deny such a motion if it finds, for example, that the plaintiff's claim against a defendant is implausible or is not made in good faith.
