Summary
Notification and Federal Employee Anti-discrimination and Retaliation Act of 2000 - Requires the amount of any claim, final judgment, award, or compromise settlement paid to any current or former Federal employee or applicant in connection with specified anti-discrimination and whistle blower protection proceedings to be reimbursed to the fund established for such payments out of the operating expenses of the agency to which the discriminatory conduct is attributable.
