Summary
Providing Accountability for Veterans Affairs Executives Act of 2019 or the PAVE Act of 2019 This bill requires the Secretary of Veterans Affairs and other specified officials of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), as a condition of office and employment, and for the duration of their terms, to receive hospital care and nonemergency medical services solely from the VA.
