Summary

I ntercountry Adoption Information Act of 2018 This bill amends the Intercountry Adoption Act of 2000 to direct the Department of State to include in its annual intercountry adoptions report to Congress information on: (1) countries that have halted or reduced adoptions of children by American parents, and (2) State Department efforts to encourage the resumption of such halted or reduced adoption proceedings.
