Firearm Theft Reporting Act of 1992 - Amends the Federal criminal code to make it unlawful for a Federal firearms licensee to fail to report the loss or theft of a firearm within 24 hours after discovery to the Secretary of the Treasury and the chief of police, sheriff, or an equivalent officer of the place where the premises covered by the license is located.
