Summary
Allows the Postal Service to establish and collect use or royalty fees for the manufacture, reproduction or use of any distinctive design, legend, or insignia originated under authority of and certified by the Postal Service for use in connection with the operation of the Postal Service. Provides for a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment for not more than 6 months or both for unauthorized manufacture, reproduction or use of insignia. (Adds 39 U.S.C. 413; 18 U.S.C. 1738)
