Summary
Prohibits any officer or employee of the United States from drafting, publishing, or enforcing orders, rules, or regulations banning the use of lead or lead content shot for the otherwise lawful hunting of waterfowl without: (1) the approval of the State agency having jurisdiction over the hunting of waterfowl in any State wherein such rules are to become effective; and (2) factual findings that within the specific areas designated within each affected State, lead shot threatens the health of migratory waterfowl due to an established incidence of ingestion.
