Summary
Parity for Part-Time Workers Act - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to prohibit State unemployment compensation laws from denying unemployment compensation to an individual solely because the individual is seeking only part-time work if: (1) such individual otherwise qualifies for unemployment compensation, based wholly or mostly on part-time work; and (2) the part-time work sought by such individual generally requires at least 20 hours per week.
