Summary

Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey certain Federal lands in Utah to the Salt Lake City Corporation in exchange for the conveyance of certain city lands to the Secretary. Provides that the lands acquired by the United States shall be added to the National Forest System. Provides for the protection of valid existing rights appurtenant to lands exchanged under this Act. Requires the city to recognize the designation of the Mormon Pioneer National Historic Trail over lands acquired by it and manage such lands accordingly.
