Summary

Forest Access Immediate Relief Act of 2001 - Terminates the authority of the Secretary of Agriculture to impose or collect any fee under the Forest Service recreational fee demonstration program (authorized under the Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1996). Prohibits the Forest Service from using Federal funds to provide engineering support for the timber sales program, including support of timber purchaser-funded roadwork.
