Summary
Miami Nation of Indiana Recognition Confirmation Act - Confirms Federal recognition of the Miami Nation of Indiana Tribe. Grants eligibility to the Tribe and its members to all Federal services and benefits furnished to federally recognized Indian tribes residing on a reservation. Requires the Secretary of the Interior to process the Tribe's application for trust status for lands located within the Tribe's service area under the Secretary's regulations for "on-reservation" acquisitions. Exempts the Tribe from the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, subjecting it to State and local gaming laws.
