Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to make grants to assist schools of medicine in the establishment and operation, within such schools, of departments of geriatries. Stipulates that such grants shall not be made to more than six schools of medicine and the amount of such grants to any school of medicine for any year shall not exceed $500,000. Authorizes to be appropriated for each fiscal year such sums as may be necessary to carry out such purposes.
