Summary

Nuclear Waste Reprocessing Study Act of 1987 - Directs the Secretary of Energy to contract with the National Academy of Sciences for a study of the feasibility of reprocessing spent nuclear fuel. Details the contents of such study, and directs the Academy to submit the completed study to the Congress by September 30, 1989.
