Summary
Allows U.S. exporters to export agricultural commodities and products to Cuba if: (1) such commodities or products are available to Cuba from foreign exporters; and (2) such commodities or products are sold to Cuba at fair market value in exchange for cash or other goods without the assistance of Government credit.
