Summary

Welfare Dependency Measurement and Assessment Act - Mandates a study and report to the Congress identifying indicators of current and future welfare dependency. Requires an annual report to the Congress using such indicators and, from time to time, review of the indicators. Authorizes appropriations. Authorizes grants, contracts, and cooperative agreements to implement this Act.
