Summary

Labor Relations Remedies Act of 1993 - Amends the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and the Labor Management Relations Act, 1947 (LMRA) to provide for additional remedies in certain unfair labor practices cases. Requires the National Labor Relations Board to award back pay in an amount three times the employee's wage rate at the time the employee was discharged in violation of the NLRA. Permits an employee to also sue in such cases for additional compensatory and punitive damages in a Federal district court or any other court having jurisdiction over the parties, under the LMRA.
